Highland Management Group is the parent holding company for a small group of specialised businesses. It provides strategic oversight, capital allocation, and long-term stewardship across alternative assets, premium spirits, sustainable finance, and related operating activities.
The Group maintains a deliberately low public profile. Its focus is the patient ownership and management of its constituent companies rather than external fundraising or promotional activity.
Approach
Concentrated and long-dated.
The Group supports a limited number of businesses in areas where operating knowledge and multi-jurisdictional structures can be applied over time. Capital is allocated selectively. Decisions are made with the expectation of multi-year ownership.

Highland Cask Group
Holding, storage, and management of maturing spirit casks. The Group’s stock of maturing spirit is owned by Highland Management Group Limited (Hong Kong). External casks are held under custody arrangements for their owners.
Highland Group
UK procurement and export operations for premium spirits destined for the Vietnamese and broader Southeast Asian markets. Handles purchasing, documentation, consolidation, and shipment to the Group’s in-market operations.
Highland Marketing
Brand, marketing, and related commercial support for the Group’s consumer-facing activities, primarily in Vietnam and the region.
Highland Group Vietnam
In-market operations covering logistics, sales, distribution, and commercial development of premium spirits in Vietnam, with planned expansion across Southeast Asia.
M&C Corporation
A privately held investment company that invests its own capital. Holdings are concentrated in long-dated positions, principally in physical materials linked to electrification and power generation, alongside selected equities and cash. It manages no third-party money and operates no fund.
Pierre Rouge Capital
Sustainable finance activities focused on high-integrity carbon credits, with proprietary tracking infrastructure (CarbonTrace™) and multi-jurisdictional structures spanning the UK, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
